Registration Specialist

The Registration Specialist is a professional member of the Art League team. The first person the client, student or visitor sees or hears on the telephone. The specialist creates a welcoming reception, is knowledgeable of class descriptions, sessions, costs, skill levels and always invites clients to become members of the Art League.  The specialist captures all client information needed to develop a comprehensive profile on new and existing clients at point of sale or any other time there is opportunity to update client information.  The specialist becomes a resident expert on all programs and events offered by the Art League.

Responsibilities and Tasks include:

  • Process online registrations, make adjustments, refunds and process credits; Process donations, artwork sales, foundation gifts, sponsorships and miscellaneous revenues
  • Reconciles daily sales orders in a timely manner
  • Process checks, credit card and cash transactions
  • Participate in providing tour of the Art League to new student or visitors interested in learning more of what we do
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director of Arts Education Programs
