This year’s Biennial attracted submissions from 313 artists, who submitted a total of 762 works of art for consideration. The jurors selected 79 artworks by 60 artists for inclusion in the show, which reflect the broad and diverse range of work being created on Long Island. The Heckscher Museum of Art is honored to engage so many contemporary artists in our activities, fulfilling a crucial aspect of our mission.
