MEET THE JUROR
Cynthia Grimm

Cindy Grimm is an artist, educator, and community advocate who has dedicated her career to celebrating creativity in many forms. In 2007 she founded Artists in the Attic in Huntington Station (currently in Studios at Suite Pieces), opening her Pixelstick Gallery, where she brought local artists together through open studios, exhibitions, and community events. Her own photography has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions throughout NYC, Long Island and Virginia, and she was honored with New York State Arts Council grants for two consecutive Mother’s Life photography workshops, helping mothers tell their stories through art. A former Art Teacher in the South Huntington school district, today Grimm is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Signature Premier Properties in Cold Spring Harbor, where she combines her eye for design with her passion for helping families find their place to call home. She is thrilled to be part of this year’s competition and looks forward to celebrating the creativity of all the artists involved.
