Feast Bazaar at the Art League of Long Island

The Feast Bazaar is an opportunity for you and nine friends to enjoy a beautiful summer evening under the sky at the Art League of Long Island (ALLI). Participants are encouraged to bring their own food, friends, and festive decorations.

This event was created as a way to reconnect after the pandemic and is inspired by the “Longest Table” concept—one continuous table stretching down a block where strangers and friends share a meal side-by-side.

Choose a creative theme, come in costume, bring food, and celebrate with friends, both new and old, in honor of the Art League of Long Island.

Full Tables of ten are $400. Deadline June 25, 2026

  • Table Cost: $400 per table (seats up to 10 people)

Participation Requirements

  • Each table must have a Table Captain who holds a current 2026 Art League Individual Membership.
  • Table Captains may reserve one (1) table only.
  • Maximum of 10 people per table.
  • Names and email addresses of all participants are required at registration.
  • Adults only (21+).
  • This event is for paid participants only. Wristbands must be worn at all times.

Table Setup

  • Each group will have a 10 ft x 9 ft space.
  • Participants are encouraged to decorate their table and create a unique theme.
  • Setup begins at 5:00 PM.
  • Breakdown must be completed by 10:00 PM.
  • All props and large items must be removed from the property.
  • Bagged trash only may be placed in the dumpster.

Food & Drinks

  • Guests should bring their own food or arrange for take-out meals.

Activities & Prizes

The evening will include:

  • Music
  • 50/50 raffle
  • Door prizes
  • Captain prize

Best Bazaar Prize

Create a themed table for a chance to win the “Best Bazaar” Prize.

The winning table will receive:

  • Priority registration for one table of ten at the 2027 event
  • (Estimated value: $450)

Parking

  • On-site parking available
  • Carpooling is encouraged
  • Additional parking available at the Fire Department

Event Rules

  • No refunds
  • No balloons
  • No candles
  • Personal table lighting is permitted (battery-powered recommended)
