Mary Ahern is Moving & Shaking!

Mary Ahern is moving and shaking. This month her work was juried into the National Association of Women Artists, Layering: Collage & Mixed Media Show with her piece “Nude Descending a Staircase – First Step”. This is a work made with Color Aid paper and can be seen on her website here: or on the NAWA website here: . The work itself represents an uncertain period of life and the personal concerns & uncertainty of life’s journey.

Beginning on September 14, 2021 her work “Northport Harbor” will be featured in the LI Landscapes show at the Darcy Gallery at 162 Main St in Northport Village. This full size gallery is upstairs from The Firefly Gallery, a well known hot spot in the Village. This work can be seen here:
Upcoming in October will be the show at One Art Space, 23 Warren Street (Tribeca) NYC. October 16-23, 2021 Over $10,000 in prizes will be awarded. Limited reception will be held in-person  & online October 21, 2021 from 6-8pm Eventbrite Tickets will be posted on the NAWA Website.
