Welcome back! I am looking forward to seeing you walk through our front doors in a few short days once again!
I hope you enjoy the Members’ Exhibition in the Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery. We had an astonishing response to our call for artwork with over 100 entries. Our opening reception will be on Saturday, February 10th from 1pm-3pm, and our juror talk is on Tuesday, February 13th at 7pm. Please join us. Not a member? Join here.
We are bringing back our full slate of classes. You can join your favorite instructors in painting, drawing, and open studios or you can try something new. We a
re offering new workshops in collage and have added 3 new instructors in ceramics. We also have new instructors for teen portfolio development, and for our LGBTQIA+ programming. Or perhaps challenge yourself with our Painting Bold in Watercolor Workshop with Antonio Masi this spring.
At the end of the month, we have our Vacation Art Adventure classes for our Young Artists. And parents, make sure to continue to take advantage of the Early Bird discount for our Summer Art Adventure Program until the end of February. Also, our teen Summer Pre-College Portfolio Intensive Program has just been posted.
Interested in volunteering with us? Let us know! We are always looking for assistance in the gallery or with our Young Artist classes.
Any way you look at it, there is something for everyone and an avenue for you to be involved. If you took one of our On-the-Move classes, welcome back home for some of you and for some, thank you for taking a chance on us while were at other locations. We hope you enjoy our home studios just as much. If you’ve been waiting for us to reopen before you registered for classes, now’s your opportunity to do so! We are in the office this week, so don’t hesitate to stop by or call. We look forward to hearing from you!
