Many thanks to our generous supporters who answered our Special Spring Appeal. If you have not done so already, please consider making a donation to the Art League. No matter how large or small, every dollar makes a difference when the many band together for a common cause. More than 2,200 students have enjoyed taking classes and workshops in the past year, and the Art League tries hard to keep costs down in order to provide all students with excellent art instruction and the proper environment in which to grow as artists. The Art League is also a hub of creative activity with art exhibits, art openings, art talks, lectures, and other events – all events that partly depend on funding from the generosity of our supporters.
In spite of the many cost-cutting measures we have undertaken, expenses continue to rise as a result of the challenging economic environment. Your support will go a long way to offset these rising costs and make it possible to sustain current levels of art education programming, exhibitions, and events. Your tax-deductible donation will help put the model in the model drawing class, fire the kiln that creates fine ceramic art, and give an up and coming artist the chance to show their work to hundreds, if not thousands, of people.
